1.Booking Process:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel agency. Booking requests can be made through our website, by phone, email, or in person at our office.

A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations. Payment:
Full payment is due 40 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash, as accepted by the travel agency. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

2.Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
30 days or more prior to departure: 70% of the total booking cost.

30 days or less prior to departure: No refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days after receiving the cancellation request.

The travel agency reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the traveler.

3.Travel Documents:

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up-to-date.

The travel agency will not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the traveler's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

4.Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

The GRD Travels can assist with arranging travel insurance upon request.

5.Health and Safety:

Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip. The GRD Travels will not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses that occur during the trip, except where caused by the negligence of the agency or its employees.

6.Changes to Itinerary:

The GRD Travels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or other aspects of the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide suitable alternatives or compensation for any changes made.

7.Responsibilities of the Travel Agency:

The GRD Travels will provide services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards and regulations. We will endeavor to resolve any complaints or issues raised by travelers in a timely and satisfactory manner.

8.Responsibilities of the Traveler:

Travelers are expected to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the travel agency, tour guides, and service providers during the trip. Any damage to property or disruption caused by the traveler may result in additional charges or penalties.
